How do I measure my rooms?
As part of our home service we will measure your rooms free of charge so you do not need to go through the hassle of doing this yourself.

Do I need underlay for my floor?
Underlay is an important element to your flooring. The right underlay will improve the lifespan of your flooring by up to 50% and provide increased comfort. Some key features of underlay:

Do you provide a free measuring service?
Yes it's all part of our home visit service. It allows us to give you an accurate quotation with correct measurements. Any queries we may have with the room can be inspected and discussed immediately.

How long will it take to fit?
We aim to fit within a couple weeks depending on availability of the carpet fitter.

What time is my fitting?
At a time convenient to you, evenings and weekends fitting times are available should you work during the day in midweek.

Will you dispose of my old carpet?
Yes if you prefer we can deal with the hassle of uplifting and disposal of your old flooring. We charge a small fee to completely remove and dispose of your old flooring.
